The person was indicted on federal grand jury charges of one count of possession of a dangerous weapon while attempting to board a passenger jet. Court reports say that last month the person bragged to a fellow passenger that he was able to get a knife past security. That person then told TSA personnel, who found the knife on his person. If convicted, the individual could spend 10 years in penitentiary. I didn't realize that it was such a rough punishment. 10 years is a long time for carrying a knife on an aircraft.
